Luxe Homes Ltd sells residential plots and family homes around Nairobi, from Ruiru and Thika to Matuu and Jujafarm, with plots from KSh 250,000. Their buyers want three things before they commit: proof the land is real, clarity on title deeds and payment plans, and an easy way to visit the site. The website was built around exactly those three needs.

At a glance

The goal

Turn interest from adverts, referrals and Google searches into booked site visits, while answering the questions land buyers in Kenya always ask about title deeds, instalments and location.

What we built

Designed for how Kenyans buy

Land buyers in Kenya are cautious, and rightly so. The site leads with verification (title deeds, documentation, guided visits) rather than glossy claims, makes the KSh price visible immediately, and keeps WhatsApp and phone contact one tap away on mobile, where most visitors arrive.

Measured quality

Google Lighthouse scores on mobile, measured by Kavenacc on 2026-10-04. Lighthouse results vary slightly between runs and change as the client adds content. You can re-run the test yourself on PageSpeed Insights (opens in a new tab).
