The goal
Present coastal listings with clear asking prices and area context, and turn remote browsers into booked viewings over WhatsApp.
What we built
- 20 sourced listings, each with an asking price; the lowest listing starts at KSh 995K
- A search bar by location, property type and budget, right in the hero
- Area sections for Mtwapa, Watamu, Vipingo, Kikambala and Kilifi town
- A photo gallery, buyer guides and a buyer checklist
- Viewings arranged directly on WhatsApp with a named contact

Many coastal buyers live in Nairobi or abroad. Clear KSh prices, area guides and WhatsApp viewing requests remove the back-and-forth that usually stalls remote buyers.
Measured quality
Google Lighthouse scores on mobile, measured by Kavenacc on 2026-10-04. Lighthouse results vary slightly between runs and change as the client adds content. You can re-run the test yourself on PageSpeed Insights (opens in a new tab).
